The MSC-U is a transformer isolated (600 ohm) jack for interfacing a tape recorder to an
existing sound system for recording purposes. The interface is all contained in a single-gang decora style Lexan plastic panel. The MSC-U provides an easy way to input balanced mono line level signals from an existing sound system into a tape recorder. The module mounts into a standard single-gang electrical box (not provided) and is finished off using a matching decora cover plate (see HPS-1). Connections on the sound system side of the interface are made via screw terminals. Modules are available in Brown, Ivory or White.
